Pamphlet #2 was the 2nd piece of SubGenius propaganda published, after the original Pamphlet #1. Its title is "Eternal Salvation or Triple Your Money Back". You can read it at subgenius.com in HTML format. A print copy comes with SubGenius membership or can be bought cheap, or you could try printing it out yourself (if you are a card-carrying minister of the Church of the SubGenius).
